Webinar: Unleashing Landlord-tenant Collaboration To Decarbonize Commercial Buildings
Operations of buildings alone are accountable for close to 28% of the total carbon footprint today. With the drive by Governments, investors and tenants, landlords of commercial real estate are looking to decarbonize their existing building stock. Increasingly, landlords come to a point where tenant becomes a limiting factor in decarbonization.
On the other hand, some tenants with sustainability commitment are hoping to lease spaces with better sustainability performance, but existing building management practices and systems may have limited the potential for tenants to operate greener.
This webinar aims at exploring technological, financial and commercial solutions to facilitate landlord-tenant collaboration to decarbonize existing commercial buildings.
Date & Time: April 21 (Thu), 12:30-13:30 (HKT)
