Ewan McEwan MBA is a global learning and development professional specialising in leadership, sustainability & climate risk. He is an Accredited Advisor with the Future-Fit Foundation, using and promoting their Future-Fit Business Benchmark Tool – a method to measure achievement of sustainability in absolute terms.

Starting with a career in sports development, management, and adjudication -including attending 2 Olympic Games and the America’s Cup - Ewan completed the full-time, two-year MBA programme at the Alliance Manchester Business School, University of Manchester. Currently he is a Senior Consultant, as an associate, with Korn Ferry - the organisational development company - and is Lead Trainer Designate with GO!MPACT.

He specialises in integrating sustainability into business strategy, enabling companies to gain the benefits of embracing sustainability – increased revenue, reduced cost, and better risk management. Ewan holds a post-master’s diploma in corporate governance, qualifying him as a non-executive director for listed companies, and is a member of both the Global Association of Risk Professionals and the International Society for Sustainability Professionals.
